Returns & Exchanges

At Adornments for the Soul, we want you to feel as beautiful as our pieces make you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure they can find a new home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your adornments in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
